Evaluation of school project

Evaluation of school project. I have a project due which is a 3 year strategic plan project, where we must improve the school from 35% to 95% grade improvement over 3 years. We must use similar information that is in my attached making schools better or fix document. We must evaluate our Goals to improve what are you going to put in place etc. We must evaluate each year what worked and what didn’t work etc. We must look back at the 1st year and do comparative etc. We must show adjustments etc.

The attached is my list and I will provide you will more if I come up with it, but you can come up with additional info just send to me so that I will have and know you have it.  Please have done as you can, but must be done by Thursday.
