Ethical Leadership Article Critique Peer Review Assignment Instructions
The Ethical Leadership Article Critique Peer Review assignment is an opportunity for you to learn from the analysis of a fellow student while seeking to deepen the article and subject matter evaluation. As you practice evaluating other’s scholarly efforts, you will deepen your understanding of ethical leadership theory while practicing grace-based confrontation of your fellow student within the ethical framework. This is a skill vital in practicing Christian ethical leadership.
You will be provided a randomly chosen peer’s Ethical Leadership Article Critique by Tuesday of the assignment week which you will evaluate, develop additional literature supporting or contesting the original article or critique, and write your peer review (critique) of the critique. Your paper should address whether you agree with the fellow student’s critique, provide your assessment of the quality of the critique, and present what additional critiques or expanded thoughts you may have. You should draw on in-course and extra-course materials to support your position and reference no less than 1 additional (not used in the original critique) source in addition to the course textbooks. All referenced material must be properly cited and listed on the references page. The peer review submission is to be an APA paper with the body of the paper 3-4 pages excluding the title page, abstract, and references pages.
